Food Service Director

The Food Service Director will be responsible for day to day food service operations including recruitment, staffing, budgeting, strategic planning, and vendor negotiations.
The successful candidate will assure high standards of quality and service including menu development, catering and retail venue management.
The Food Service Director is responsible for overall satisfaction of the dining program, adherence to regulatory requirements including modified diets and standards of nutrition, sanitation and safety, and training.
A minimum of five (5) years food service operation management experience required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
